Because they kinda looked alike, same hair style and such. but for some odd reason. He never talked in GTA 3, so I suspected him as a different person. It was short and made reference to one of my favorite films, "A Clockwork Orange". Alex DeLarge, the main character in the movie, was another dude who fancied himself a bit of the 'ol ultraviolence just like Claude. When it was confirmed that the main character in GTA3 was Claude I changed my guide to accomodate. "One day I will think of this as just another job. After all, this is what I do."
