Why would Rockstar kill him off its stupid and to certain people who think Niko dies and you play as Roman for the rest of the game. That building in that picture you posted, isn't part of the video where he fell. Its more of a bridge or train tracks. This very well may be an alternate ending to a mission. I don't think we should believe it as fact, but it is a fair possibility. It's not like Niko would be injured/dead forever. It's too early for most games to take on that breadth of scale. I think this is a still and not something seen in the trailer... unless I blinked too much! You'd have to start the game again to f_r_e_e_r_o_a_m. Also, just watched the trailer again and in no way does the pic you posted look anything like the trailer. No, when the guy falls there is nobody around. Considering he has an AK I would say that its a mission were you have to kill a sh*t load of people and this guy just happens to be one of them.
