TheTank
Shot a gun once on holiday, the instructor wasn't impressed with my shooting. How many got killed? I've only shot .22 cal. and a 12 gauge shotgun. Edited December 7, 2007 by TheTank

G MONEY $$$
Well according to SuperBad, having a gun is like having a second cock...if your cock could kill people. So I suppose shooting a gun would either be like blowing a load...or killing someone with your cock.
Creed Bratton
Its like they said BANG!!! Or from a machine gun its like Ratatatata!!! Anyway, i had a pleasure shooting from several glocks, 45, some berreta, SPAS 12 gauge, mp5, AK47, and some wicked WW2 sniper rifle. AK is not really difficult to shoot with, just needs some more practice Edited December 7, 2007 by GTAvanja
Chickstick
I havent. What is it like? I've managed to resist posting a sarcastic reply... for now. What type of gun are you on about? Shotgun? Pistol?
Mark
Noisy I guess. As stated, depends on the weapon. Not even just whether it's a Rifle or Pistol, cause, as an example, all rifles fire differently too. You can't compare a .22 cal with a 7.62mm rifle for example. It's hard to tell if the former has even fired (and if it's a rimfire round, probably not!) whereas the latter will want to throw you backwards. Forty
I went to the range recently and fired the 12g shotgun with my stepfather. We did some skeet shooting and it was fun. After a couple hours, the kickback starts to bruise your shoulder a bit if you aren't used to it.

Waddy
I dont know why but when I saw this topic, I assumed I had fired a gun, I have no idea why. Then when I started thinking about it, I actually have never fired a real gun. OMFG VIDEO GAMES MADE ME THINK I HAD! Bartleby
I fired an M16 at the CATM Rifle Range in basic training. Fun times. It doesn't kick very much.
HolyGrenadeFrenzy
Definately like they say...BANG. Yet if it is fully automatic it is more like "Ratatatatatat" or "TtkTktTkchakTktTktTktchak". Ak47 is more like "CrackCrackCrackCrakboey" Silenced weapons are more like" fip fip fip." if .22s and cap guns have more kick. Really, it depends on the weapon. But there is usually a "=Bang"
Raindancer
Its nothing special, depending on what gun you fire, it has a little kick and loud bang!
silvermanblue
I only fired a nine mil, it was alot louder than I expected. Canofceleri
I'm a veteran bb gun shooter (when I was 8 anyway). I've also experienced the joy of shooting at my sneakers with a .22 rifle... I still wore them after. I also pussed out of shooting an AK when I was like 12.

Pat
As many others have said, you need to be more specific. I, myself, have fired and own a .357 and a 16g shotgun. My father owns a Mosen Degaun (First of all, SP(I'm sure one of you gun-nuts will know the correct spelling, illy and anuj for example)? Second of all, it's a fairly old semi-automatic assault rifle), yet due to the recoil, I've never actually had the balls to try and shoot it. One of his friends from Bridgestone has a semi-auto AK-47, and my shoulder was a bitch after I tried to shoot it. Was about thirteen at the time. Judging by the fact that the M.D. weighs about five pounds more, and I've compared how he reacts while shooting it and how he reacts while shooting the AK, I don't think I'll be trying it for a while. Tetsuo2501
i have a fond memory of being around the age of 10 and firing my dad's 9mm and the recoil caused me to knock to knot in my forehead with the pistol
Mullen
I fired a badass hunting shotgun when I was about 9, and an old Star handgun (can't remember the exact caliber, might've been a .38 Super) a couple of years ago.
lurchseesu420
Sadly I've only ever shot a 20g shotgun and a .22 bolt action rifle. I enjoyed the rifle a lot more.
