It's not a mansion its a 1 room apartment, and I doubt Niko will be staying there. I haven't seen many people make that mistake. I mean it's quite obvious in the trailer that Niko is concerned because Roman said he was living the "good life" in a mansion, etc, and it turns out to be a single room apartment.
