Need help on converting model!

I'm making a mod for Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City TC. But I need help on converting model 'cause that I only found the SA format of the player model. Can anyone help me with this?

 

Details:

Model: Suzumiya Haruhi from the anime "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi"

File size: about 740 kb
