In all his scenes there's a guy in the background with a scar down the LHS of his face (our perspective) - this is the same guy who attacks Niko with the butt of an AK47 earlier in the trailer. Obviously McReary's dirty, but having goons with AK's? Uh-uh. This guy's more likey to be some sort of mobster. Russian perhaps? The guy with the thinning hair, I have to say he is one of the better rendered characters for Next Gen graphics in the game. I'd say he seems like a character the comedy will stem from in the same regard as a long running side kick, Lawyer Rosenberg (hate to admit I forget his full name!) Rosy for short! I have emailed someone who witnessed the second demo to see if he can confirm which character (if any) in the trailer is McCreary. I'm still waiting for a reply.
