VERY NEED HELP!

I have installed windows xp many times in a normal pc-but never on laptop.So I have laptop that needed to re-install windows.I was affraid at first"what if it not reconize the touchpad?!" "what if it will not reconize my cd-rom?!".But I risked(bad english there ) to do it.Everything worked fine-until I remembered-I DONT HAVE THE CHIPSET CD!!!Oh well I thouth...But I remembered that all of my friends had chipset cd's with all drivers(network,modem,sound,video).One friend haven't got it too...but I downloaded video drivers for him but he had a built-in sound card so he haven't got sound now ...anyway I downloadad drivers for my video and sound card.Sound drivers ot worked.Video drivers too(I will show you what happens when I try to install it in video tommorow)My question is-Is there any place to download your chipset cd?(With sound,video,network drivers)

Manufacturer's website. Go to the site of whatever company made the board and find drivers for it. Simple. I never use driver CDs anymore because they're always so out of date.

First we need system specs info via DXDIAG (sound/display). Also, download http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-142.zip and tell us your chipset info.
