Then when they come back to this scene, it's different people: I couldn't get a good screenshot, however if you watch the trailer at around 1:24 (When the scene starts) you can see later that the passengers are wearing purple which they were not doing so before, I just thought it was interesting. Maybe a mission - like drops these guys off there and then pick these guys up to do a deal on the boat.......something like that. Maybe R* just wanted to demonstrate that if you do the same mission twice - the AI might be wearing different clothes. Weird, but is porobaly explainable!! Infact I'm pretty sure its the same boat, but if you look on the first picture, the thing that's supporting the windshield seems to be at the rear of the boat yet on the second its at the front, but not at the back? You're right, it is Niko driving it, plus you can see Roman's distinctive-patterned shirt. Although I just noticed that the second screenshot doesn't show the rail thing on the back of the boat... I thought that when the boat is facing the opposite direction, that the people would switch round, therefore showing the person with the red tie who you could see in the first picture. Ever go the movies after seeing a good trailer, then the scenes end up looking nothing like the ones in the trailer? Do you know why? It's because they piece together various pieces that appear to be from the same scene, so that it creates an even more exciting scene, in turn creating a movie trailer that draws in a bigger audience.
