You're right, Grove Street is the only circle cul-de-sac in all of San Andreas. It's ironic because Grove Street is supposed to be a very mundane neighborhood, but after you've explored everywhere else you realize it's unique. The key to GSF is location, take areas that are easy to defend. sh*t, most of my spots in Venturas are ran out in apartment complexes there like Randy Stiffman Gardens, the Creek apartments, Pickle Pine apartments, etc etc. Id take those places and completely shut them down. And Grove Street gets money without drugs. I remember when I took the apartments out in Blueberry called the "Square", we had that sh*t on smash and everybody was scarred of us. Before we came, peds passed freely. You rarely see a ped anymore round there, and the few that come get scraped. You can get a lot more that that very quickly if you follow the other advice. I usually grab a few million in the first few days of playing and then don't bother about money at all.
