It seems that PED will react to weather

I have all ways asked my self if people are going to get wet when it rains and they will change clothes. And it seems they do. This mean there are season... Still no sight of snow

 

Here you can see a PED using and umbrella to stop the rain from getting her wet.

Here you can see Niko filled with blood. It seems that he has got shoot. So this is a guess but PED that dont use umbrella will get wet just like Niko get wet with blood.

 

 

Here a picture of someone using a tanktop. It might really hot (summer) or hes just going wild in a weather of 15 degrease.

 

 

 

I hope this might hype some people out there that want weather and season in the game.
