The guy is NOT Niko, he's older + he's actually staring at Niko as he says "Move up, ladies." 2. The guy looks alot like Niko, it's obvious! 3. I think he's either Niko's brother, uncle, dad... Recall the segment with a man walking toward camera yelling for whomever to leave... it seems to me, that scene near the firefighter segment. Off hand, that maybe him? I would personally say that That Special Someone could be him, but I doubt it myself.
