Ok so its not SNOW snow, but its kind of a snowy sludge. Check out the snowy sludge mashed up against the fence. possibly shows that not only will it snow, and cover the ground, but it will make realistic transitions between seasons. It does look like the kind of snowy sludge you would find in exactly that kind of place, and also on the note about Rockstar not giving us a straight up answer I say good things to that. If seasons arn't confirmed and then I start playing and at some point people start wearing heavier clothes and leaves starts changing that will be AWESOME. Makes you wonder if there is something that keys Niko into the temperature outside, like in winter if you go out with a tee shirt on you will shiver as opposed to wearing a jacket.
