We know R* browse these forums and if people keep saying get rid of this and make this less realistic then R* may end up actually changing things and removing amazing things in game... It's scary but true... It's very frustrating for people like me who are happy where the game is going, and trusting in R*'s decisions... I feel you. I wouldn't worry, Rockstar have more sense. With trailer 3, I think judging by it R* will give us a release date probably within the next month or so. I don't think they'll change much at this stage, nearing completion. Rockstar could keep cobbling them together all year and we still wouldnt know what we are gonna be paying for. They should have stuck to one high quality trailer, then just released gameplay screens. No point being all fanboy about things, if nobody shouts up, games companies will churn out the same old cack for years on end. Opinions are like asholes everyone has one, but at the same time not everyone agrees with them. I actually have the strong tendancy to hate anyone that tries to pass of their opinion as fact. You can't just hate on every single decision R* makes for no reason, be it about the boxart or the trailer. Fact remains, most of you wiill still buy this game despite a few things you dislike. Agreed also. I was at one point irritated with whiners and complainers but we have to realize that the world is full of people who just won't be satisfied with things. I feel like everyone who post on here has interest in GTA IV if they didn't why the hell would they be on here you know. At the end of the day Rockstar knows some people will love the game and some won't. Thats just life. It may be things one person may like and another may not like. So alot of people are being a little more harsh on Rockstar. It makes since to me. I know many people expected to here some kind of release date on the game at the end of the trailer. I mean alot of Rockstar fans feelings have been hurt do to the fact that the game being delayed and then telling us 2008 2nd Fiscal still with no official date. You say that we should be happy with whatever Rockstar comes out because we'll buy it anyway... But I think for it to get to that point (ie we WILL all buy it) we the consumers had a hand in building the GTA franchise ourselves because Rockstar has always made a stellar product ever since GTA 1 and they have built up that loyality ever since through constant innovation... If they ever stop that they will ruin the franchise and eventually no one will buy GTA... So don't discount our role as consumers to tell Rockstar what we want via this forum.
