H13N.H3N
First you have to be familiarized with that term. "MOD", it's modification and modification means all, textures, script, 3d modeling, coding, etc, so before posting this kind of useless topics you must go to the Tutorial forum and start looking for something you like, start learning the basis and then make your own ideas Edited December 6, 2007 by H13N.H3N
derty
Also, google is your friend. Post topics with questions that are more in depth than "How do you mod?" or "Can someone tell me the tool". We all pretty much have Zero faith in anyone who doesn't google and learn at least *something* about modding before they ask a questiuon. I can deduce from your post these things, and remember, I am being a friend, not judging you: 1: You definitely don't use google enough to want to be ready to start modding. 2: You are not familiar with 3D applications, textures, etc, as you have made evident by showing us all that you have never typed "GTA mod tutorial" into google, what is usually a very important word for any graphics art (tutorial) Learn 3DS Max, learn a good paint program, with tutorials found on search engines and videos on 3DBuzz.com and google video. That is, if GTA is your goal. For other games, there are other routes. Take it as a pat on the back and a "come on, dive in with us" It seems rough, but I am giving you your first and most important info. -derty
