Is this worth buying on the PSP as well?

It may sound like a stupid question but has anyone got this game and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories both on the Playstation 2 and PSP?

 

I believe it has slightly better graphics on the PSP and runs smoother, I recently got a PSP Slim & Lite so I think playing Grand Theft Auto on the go would be good.

 

I bought the Playstation 2 version because I did not think I would ever be buying a PSP, but Final Fantasy: Crises Core and Silent Hill Origins changed my mind.

 

So basically is it worth getting the games on PSP as well? They are pretty cheap now to buy new.

I own the PSP version of LCS and not PS2 version, the ps2 one looks alright but the First, unpatched, PSP version will be a PSP classic forever!

 

The PSP and PS2 versions of VCS look almost the same, except the frame rate and draw distance were made much better for PS2 VCS, though I personally think the PSP version of VCS is better, it's just so original, and it has Custom tracks and multiplayer in it, though it has a lot of bugs/glitches.

 

If you really enjoy PS2 version, which I do enjoy aswell, you can always, if you want, get PSP version as well, like I did.

 

If you are getting LCS, get the PSP version, it's much better and if your PSP is on a low firmware, you can download homebrew for it, such as Edison Carter's cheatdevice., and can take to the skies in a Helicopter in Liberty City, if you upgrade, don't worry, you csn still get helicopters by downloading savegames that have been hacked to have a Helicopter in the Staunton Garage.

But yea, It is worth getting them on PSP aswell, I recommend you go to the nearest store from where you are and get both for PSP

Well, if you've already got it on PS2, there's no sense in getting it on PSP but generally, VCS and LCS may be as most say the only two worthwhile games on PSP.

PSP is a great console.

you can play everywhere in the PSP, PSone, SMD and some other games... you can surf the net, you can read, watch the movies... and it's cheap.

Yeah, gta on the go is always good but no way are the graphics better than the ps2 versions.

Well, i think yes because when i played VCS on my PS2, it lagged badly and this never happened with the PSP Version.
