Californian Posted December 4, 2007 Share Posted December 4, 2007 i just got a 40" SONY Bravia and my friend brought his X360 over but the games look no different with SDTV and HDTV?! but i think there might be something wrong that i cant figure out, you see i press DISPLAY on the hdtv-controller and see this >480p SP<...so does it mean i have to change it to 1080i HD? but HOW because i cant figure it out, thanx in advanced or Maybe i see no diff. with the SD and HD because of my eyes, i dont know Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Picolini Posted December 7, 2007 Share Posted December 7, 2007 I wouldn't know much on the subject but what Superfly says makes sense. It's basically like zooming in on a picture, the more you go in the blurrier it gets. I think most (or some) HDTV's come with up converters to try and enhance the resolution, that TV might not have it, or it might just not be good enough at upping the res.
