zmoonchild
There’s a lower section of the Garver Bridge in San Fierro that you can get into pretty easily, and you can ride a bike completely across it while inside. I’ve only been able to find one way inside. I’m using the free version of Fraps, so I had to divide it into two videos: Here’s the entrance: Here’s me riding around inside: I’ve known about it for a while, just not sure if anyone else was aware of it. GTA Phreak
Cool. Is it below the barriers? (before the desert/LV opens) Edit: Ouch, - no it isn't Edited December 2, 2007 by GTA Phreak
zmoonchild
Cool. Is it below the barriers? (before the desert/LV opens) Edit: Ouch, - no it isn't Actually, I wasn't sure, so I loaded up a new game and tried it, just now. You can get in through the same opening/access point, and ride around inside. But, there's an invisible barrier about midspan, so half of the bridge was inaccessible. I couldn’t get to the other half (closer to the desert).
GTA Phreak
Yeah you can get under the 1. barrier but not #2 (which actually exetends quite a bit below the bridge). The surface is actually quite weird in there, - try doing wheelies. You can shoot helicopters under the bridge with a sniper riffle too but not with the minigun (although it is a bit disturbing standing right above the rotors). Smoke grenades drops through the surface too in some places, - might be a good place for my latest pasttime: Destroying flying helicopters with hand grenades
pdescobar
I found out about this while playing SA-MP but I don't think it's really common knowledge and that video really nicely shows how to do it.
RidingHigh
Nice video. I was messing around with that bridge trying to find a way inside, didn't think you could actually do it. Thanks for that
