Yeah I have the game for PC and the cell phone isn't ringing... Any suggestions? P.S.: If your going to say "Reinstall the game.." don't bother replying. You guys think your sooo smart first thing you suggest is REINSTALL the game... Atleast give me a couple suggestions first... And only suggest Reinstall if I've tried everything else and nothing is working... • Platform: PC • Version: 1.00 • Toshiba Centrino Duo Satellite Laptop, 2.80 GHz (Dual Processor) • RAM: 1GB DDR RAM • Windows XP Home Edition • Latest • This has been probably my 18th install and yes it has worked before. EDIT: Aiight guys so I upgraded to Vista... then I wasn't happy with it so I downgraded back to XP n installed all my mods again. SAME PROBLEM. Tried starting a new game... Still no ring... Got stuck at the exact same mission again too.. I think it's gotta be one of my mods... Seriously I do not wanna reinstall the game all over again... Takes up my time n I never actually get to play... I know reinstalling does work... Problem is that my mods man... The game's more fun with my mods but theres always problems... Well atleast just this problem anyways... Yo guys please help me find a solution... I didn't have any cellphone mods but I added one now to see if it would work but still nothing... Personally, I always re-install if I'm encountering troubles with a PC game. But if you think you're above that, at least do us the courtesy of responding to the pinned posting requirements. Thanks. Tenpenny calls you to tell you to come to the Doughnut shop... I can't do any missions because I am not receiving any phone calls... So I can't complete the game I'm stuck at that mission.. EDIT: I have no idea what happened... But all of a sudden my cell phone started working when I started a new game... I tried starting a new game before but it didn't work but I tried it once more and it's working.. If that doesn't work, take your computer and throw it out of a window, make sure you have insurance first tho. It always works for me. EDIT: also your really dependant on this site, how bout trying to fix it yourself. Man, your not being nice at all you should. A little piece of advice, to get things from people be nice to them... that kinda helps, personally your tone is making me come to the conclusion that your a jerk that has a very big mouth , but hey thats just my opinion. Ring_of_Fire Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 (edited) Alright, you need to make sure you have completed all the missions that are on the minimap (or the map inside the menu menu - look out for blips). If this doesn't work, then normally the phone will ring once you exit out of San Andreas fully, restarting it, and reloading your save file. Your phone should ring once you STOP MOVING! Anyway, keep driving around if it doesn't, get out of the car, stop moving for a while and then press TAB immediately.
