I picked up the overpriced "San Andreas big box" from eBay.


Bit dissapointing that it wasn't in fact a big box, but a small box with CD case, which still seems rather rare, but not worth the price.

Did they make a Bully BMX bike or did I dream it? I tried to google it but the fact that there’s already a bike company named “Bully” really spread it out

Don't think I've ever seen a Bully one, but they did a SA one so I suppose it's not that far fetched.

What was the in-store promo like for GTA3 back in 2001? I was only 7 at the time, so I don't remember.

 

I was really hoping to find an original instore poster from the time, but I'm not even sure they existed. Was there even hype around 3's launch?

 

Lastly, if they do exist... anyone got any they'd be willing to part with?

Surely there were promo posters, I've seen that there are even GTA III standees, they are very rare and I think that in most of the promo they only used the design of the European cover of the game...

I would assume so, but there's a lot of VC & SA stuff available and it leads me to wonder if they didn't have the cash to push 3 with in store promo or something.

So looks like I answered my own question a bit with some more research.

 

RGC coming through with two videos of the promo books for (I assume smaller) games stores:

Now just need to track one down. That "when are you gonna drill me?" side is so bad, I have to have it.

 

Would also love one of those counter top units.

A Japanese store poster popped up a while back and while it’s no longer available it’s given me hope that people have saved these.

I really want to have a couple of extra things, but it's either way too rare or just expensive that simply too ridicilous for me, unless I would be a billionare or earn 5000 USD / month. 

Unfortunately I reached the capacity what I can really afford at this point. These are the missing pieces, I would love to have (as well as probably everyone else lol)
