Came up in my installation of GTA : San Andreas

 

i have tryed many different things, disc is fine, installs on friends computer.

 

anyone hav exact or similar problem then sumhow sorted it?

If the disc is badly fingerprinted or scratched up, it is a toss of coin as to whether or not which CD-ROM drive can read it properly. So I recommend cleaning your disc thoroughly so it can work in any disc drive. Otherwise, http://www.kvipu.com/CDCheck/download.php

Try running a few other DVD's on your DVD-ROM.

If you keep on encountering the same problem, then I guess it's time to buy a new ROM.

Why won't you do what I said about cleaning your disc thoroughly and checking it for errors?

 

If problems continue to exist, then update firmware.

Well ive installed the game before and it worked perfectly, different disc though, i installed San An to my friends computer today, it all installed but then when he clicked new game, or load game, it loads halfway then goes black and then ses San An has encountered a problem and needs to shutdown... but my problem first lolz
