[VC] object_hit_by_weapon?

Hi fellow scripters, just a short question:


In VC you can use 031D to determine if an actor has been hit by a certain weapon type, 031E does the same for vehicles.

Is there an equivalent for objects or is there any other way to know whether an object (created as usual with 0107, collision_detection enabled) has been hit by a certain weapon? I guess not - 08FF (which does exactly what I want in SA) is not in VC's opcode range...
