I like to go there after I've gone through a lot of killing and police chases to hide out, since I've noticed not many cops seems to spawn there. So CJ can relax for a couple of days, eat some noodles and stare at the big guy smoking a joint above the hippyshopper store.(Think thats the right store.) Got a few faves I like Prickle Pine aswell, it's a nicew neighborhood and the safehouse there is nice, though it costs ya 50,000, but it is really useful for the aprt of the game where you need to get the keycard off Millie.
