Picolini
I think my mom had one of those back when it was newer... @Ronnyboy, yes, that's right. It's double. As if that would describe the difference between a drive shaft and chain drive anyways.

boardwalk4est
you couldn't tell the difference between an 89 IROC and a 67' Camaro. But I got one.. How much horsepower would I gain if I turned my 89 IROC into a 383 stroker?
A.Fonz
what does the term "Three in a tree" mean when refering to automobiles? Isn't it 'three on the tree'? or am I mixing it up with something else?

xBRABUSx
Well ive just turned 16 on wedneday and ive been driving my mums car for the past year or so (not on roads just around deserted places). Ive always been interested in cars so im hoping to get my 17 years waiting rewarded with something nice for a first car. Im considering a Vauxhall Vectra but my dad says there pretty big for a 1st car and with the amount of idiots on the road in liverpool .. well you get the picture I also wouldnt mind an astra and my dad agrees that it would be a pretty suitable car for a 1st other options are my dads ford mondeo which i could probably get for like £500 or i may be getting a ford focus depending on what money i can come up with. i already have a grand, and ill start putting like £50 a week away untill im buying my car and then my parents should put the rest into it. nice car BTW stretch fiesta`s are cool
stretch.
You'd better be hoping for someone else to pay the insurance, I'm paying £1400 a year on my provisional and that looks set to increase to just over £1800 a year once I pass my test. A 1.3 is all I can actuall feasably afford!
xBRABUSx
well my cousin got a 2002 vectra like the one below (google image) He got his for £2500 at an auction and payed £2500 for his insurance for the first year so £5000 in total. shouldnt be too much out of my price range then again though i could end up hitting problems closer to the time so i can only picture it for the time being. stretch.
Well, I'm on close to £6.5 k a year, so that is "within" my pricerange, albeit only on credit. But a 17 year old as the registered owner of a large saloon is a bit dubious to say the least! I'll be getting some more pics of Oliver Jnr. (My fiesta) once it's stopped bleeding raining! I want to restore one with my brother in law for my nephew. I figure if I start now but the time he turns 18 ( in 16 years ) it will be finished. stretch.
And I wanna see if it'd be possible to drop in a 135i or an M engine into my little fiesta Ultimate sleeper. JayC
I had a feisty wee fiesta. 1249cc and 16v led to 73bhp of pure power. Very reliable except for the time the suspension collapsed; the constant knocking from the rear; the stupid spare wheel cage that fell off on a main road during rush hour; and the insane vibrations when you went over 80mph. I loved it though, engine and gearbox were sound and it was great fun to throw round corners. Now I drive a slightly faster but altogether more dull Toyota Yaris. You can put a 1.9 from the Ford Puma in your fiesta stretch. with minimal modification. Apparently you can get a turbo'd 2.0 from the Focus in there too with some work.
