agent17
Sad to read all the negative things said about this game. I loved Blood Money. Why do devs f*ck games up like that? All they had to do was make a 'Blood Money 2.' Take everything that makes the game great and elaborate and build on it.. They wanted a broader audience. Kids these days demand instant gratification and gameplay which reflects that. (apparently)
Dingdongs
Yeah sorry guys I've been playing since Hitman 2 came out (I played 1 after) and I think this is a great game. is it better than Blood Money? Of course not. Is it a great game that is truly an ADVENTURE with 47? Yes.

DestaliusDark
I'm a huge Hitman fan. Ive been playing it since the first one came out but i'm scared to buy Hitman Absolution, i don't know sure if it works on my old vista here. And the bad things people say about this game makes me think it's no worth buying... oh well, it's almost christmas holidays and i always do a play trough of Silent assassin during that vacation

DestaliusDark
I liked contracts, but it had such a very dark feeling to it. It was more gory and had very dark missions. i never quite enjoyed it as Silent assassin and Blood money

Mr.Moffat
new patch is out (For europe anyway) Diguise system has been tweaked, much much better now they are actually useful, but you still need to be careful and not hang about with them or you will get noticed, so huzah!! to the post above me, yes, it is, its not bloodmoney 2 but it introduces some genuine good nw mechanics which will hopefully be carried onto the next one. the game is challaging and quite long plus the excellent contacts mode is fun. Not the best hitman game, but its still at least trying new things, some good some bad and its deffinatly not dumbed down as people like accusing it of being, Purist mode ya thats defo for the kids. I think bloodmoney has a better concept and ideas, but to me it is the easiest and most dumbed down of the franchise. COntracts is still my fav

Majestic81
I'm stuck at the gun range competition, just cant shoot all the targets and the instinct runs out very fast, how much do i have to score in order to win? my overall score was around 167. Rebel
If you've not noticed on the gun range competition there's actually a little box with her score and your score. I think you need 200 and over to beat her score, not 100% on that though. Also, if you listen to what she's saying then she does mention what score you have to beat. My advice, only use instinct when you have 3 or more targets popping up on the screen. Also, try and aim dead on for the red part of the target. Its about 20 points compared to the rest. Majestic81
Yeah i just did it, had to change to easy though, you just gotta beat her score which is around 470 i scored 500. @mrpain: Yeah i was going to do that but i really wanted to finish the gun range first. Plus half the people in the shop will pull guns on you if you do that... Edited December 16, 2012 by Majestic81
RARusk
Actually it's 471. I've already done the Challenges and written up the chapter concerning the Gun Shop so I can help if anybody has any questions. "One day I will think of this as just another job. Plus half the people in the shop will pull guns on you if you do that... Yeah, no. There's a safe in the owner's office. There's a key in that safe that unlocks the Silverballers case. There are two ways to get the combination to that safe. One of the combination is lying in an office of some sorts underneath the gun range. You'll need a keycard which can be obtained on the counter of the gun shop. While the other combination is on the owner. Shadow the owner and subdue him. Get his combination, hide the body and get the key. Both methods can be done in a couple of minutes.
Creed Bratton
I finished the game. 2012 is definitely the year of bad storytelling. It was really boring. Hopefully the next one will be more like what Hitman should be about. Killing people in creative ways all across the globe for money. I did search, found one on YouTube that was about 1 hour long, didn't have all the songs though. so yeah i already considered that... I guess ill have to wait a bit longer for someone to release a version that contains all of the songs.
junkpile
I finished the game. 2012 is definitely the year of bad storytelling. It was really boring. Hopefully the next one will be more like what Hitman should be about. Killing people in creative ways all across the globe for money. I played all Hitman games and gots to say: the story was always secondary to me in this franchise. I even ignore the fact he's some cloned human being. I appreciated the fact, that the developers never gave him many character traits, Agent 47 was rather a shape the player filled by his/her individual playing style. And despite the weak story/stories, the atmosphere was still intense. Hitman games do create this espionage/agent feeling. Hitman Absolution is great in gameplay. And storywise, I have to agree with you. The story was lame. The characters were somehow great. But all the business with the cloned girl Victoria and this isotope in her necklace... I ignored it. Another thing: No Agency briefing in the beginning and no weapons to equip or upgrade offline/in single player. Sure, this results because of the story, Agent 47 is on the run. But I was looking forward to equip him with the WA2000 or another sniper rifle but no...in my opinion, a huge letdown.

Seddo
The official Facebook page just posted this: http://imgur.com/ncqYC You posted that about 5 days ago? Picked up Hitman the other day for 19 quid and it come with the sniper challenge code as well. The guards spotting you when wearing a disguise is even more annoying than i originally thought, they don't even have to look at you and then yellow arrow still fills up. I've been spotted through f*cking objects as well. The best levels so far are the two Chinatown levels as they're more like proper Hitman levels.
