All the confirmed SA cheats are listed here.

Edit: Just noticed you wanted it without using a cheat code.

Yeah there is... Just buy or get more then 9999 ammo for one weapon and that weapon will have unlimited ammo. You will know because the numbers will dissapear.

If you don't have Barb or Katie as girlfriends won't you lose it all everytime you're busted or wasted?

That is incorrect.

Yes, the "numbers will disappear", but you don't have unlimited ammo; the total just doesn't show if the weapon is above 9999.

The only way to achieve unlimited ammo is to reach 100% Game Progress.

That's absolutely correct.

However, if you don't wanna spend money and increase your ammo at the same time, you should try the Ammunation glitch. Walk into Ammunation and trigger the Ammunation Challenge. Then hit 'Enter' to cancel the challenge. Repeat this. Everytime you do so, your ammo gets doubled. You won't get infinite ammo as Zoom pointed out, but the amount of ammo will almost be as good as infinite.

This works on PC. I dunno about PS2 though.

which ammunation location had the ammunation challenge?

Check them all and look for the red marker inside.

Wow, I never knew that catspider.gif . I thought it was infinite, and it only shows up again as a type of glitch.

Already confirmed as misleading info, but to add more to the thread:

What you want is FULL-AUTO (continuous feed) of ammo between rounds...

The special ability you achieve ONLY after 100% Completion OR the FULLCLIP Cheat (PC)

Carrying more ammo than you can use in any given Mission or Save File is useless anyway dozingoff.gif

Useless? It won't do you any harm to be prepared for unexpected occurances will it?

What I meant to say was that there is no point in obssessing at collecting ammo you're never going to use...

You'll agree with me that it is ALWAYS better to keep your HEALTH or ARMOUR bar intact for instance, than it is to suffer unnecessary damage by taking enemy fire while running over dead bodies to collect their pistol rounds just as TROPHIES...

How many times have we ALL done that foolishly ??

It's just about having the right priorities, given what resources are available in the game wink.gif

There's a few ways to get Infinite Ammo in San Andreas.

1. Get 100% (This is the most rewarding, but takes a long time) (Note: You CAN'T USE A SINGLE CHEAT, if you do, you wont be able to get 100%).

2. Buy ammo until the ammo count disappears ("infinite ammo").

3. There's a cheat: L1, R1, SQUARE, R1, LEFT, R2, R1, LEFT, SQUARE, DOWN, L1, L1. ( http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps2/914983-grand-t...-andreas/cheats ) (From GameFAQs).

You're wrong.

Just because the ammo counter reaches 10,000 round does not mean you have Infinate Ammo. It just means that you have exceeded the ability of the counter to display the ammount. As soon as you have shot off the excess the count will show again.

100% is to late for all practical purposes. The game is Over!

Why buy with all the free stuff just floating around? And the ammo you can pick up doing the gang turf wars (second series).

Finally, Cheatkng is for losers, especially with all the FREE stuff floating around.
