Project 2DFX is prohibited during Chain Game play.    Project 2DFX is removing some IPL flags from the Chain Game saves. If installed, it will remove any flags in the save that are specific

I have not been able to take many turns recently due to the fact that I have started school again. Year 9 (identical to 9th Grade in the US) is infamous at Australian private schools for being a bludge; the only real homework we get is through projects, and we have not received any yet. I still study though, yet I still have time to actually play the game.

Also I had trouble with SA Running (it crashes when starting or loading a save, and no mods). But my friend had modded it wrong and didnt make a backup, so ill reinstall and see if it works smile.gif

I noticed that as well. I can't play yet because of exams, and SA Crashes a lot on vista, some problems with vista, but never happened on my XP, But it lags horrible on my XP, Because of the graphics. But I should be back in the chain game when I downgrade this vista to XP.

 

Sorry how I can't play though. sad.gif

Oh, and on Friday, in rock climbing, someone decided to push me off, and I damaged my right arm badly. I use my right hand to play SA, But i can't with my left, and my right Ache's. but it will be better soon and can get back in the chain game smile.gif

My brother played SA For me yesterday, When he played the chain game and I told him what to do, I have to thank him for doing it.

Ok so I was bored yesterday afternoon and tryed something. I have been working at it since yesterday afternoon and I think its good enough for its release. Drum role please.

 

The Chain Game Forums

 

It is a personal forum I set up that all CG players and non CG players can use. I know we have this but on this we can be a little less strict and its our own. As said its a trial. I'f it doesn't work out well so be it but, if it does we will have one that we can use for the SA CG and when IV is released and John does a CG for that we could use it for IV CG.

 

Please post and comments or anything in the approiate forum on there. Oh and feel free to register.

Well, I'm a little bit apprehensive about this idea, but f*ck it, let's see how it goes.

Though I ain't sure that shifting the Chain Game to the forums is a good idea. The CG has always belonged to GTAF. Besides, we have more fanbase over here and new players find out about the CG only coz it's located in GTAF.

 

So, what do we have next? Our own group - The Chain Gang? sigh.gif

Well this was moreless ment as a fun place for CG gamers to hang out with out all the strick GTAF Rules. the way I look at it is the way you look at it. F*ck it. Itf it works out, great if not oh well.

Maybe the reason why I end up taking forfeits because of crashes, it may be because I need more RAM. I have 1GB (1024MB), And vista is using up 600mb of RAM, And maybe SA Cannot find much, and causes crashing. I'll get my RAM Upgraded, to 2gb or more.

 

And increasing graphic detail helps a bit, but I don't want to go over 1024 x 768 x 32, or the game starts to lag a bit.

Yes, 2 GB will do the trick. Sadly, my mom won't let me add another 1 GB of RAM, so I had to just go back to XP. Besides, DDR1 RAMs are very costly over here. sad.gif

Go for DDR2 rams.
