LS is not supposed to be orange all day, and of course you will get other types of weather. Although half of your pics are not from LS at all and one has got orange-ish houses and pavement at the bottom. Fail.

Super hint :

That was orange because of the lights and that wasn't even LS.

pic number 4 isnt from LS?

of course it is not dear sir

You cant even see the pavement in Pic. 4

bloody hell, go and see it then! it is that unhealthy greyish-orange colour

You get a lot more freedom in SA and just love the huge map. I think it's great. SA does bring the real "Street Gang" feeling from the story, characters, the plot and conflicts.

The end could of been better such as a A fist fight or full police squad versus the gangs

can you imagine the police rating you would get in real life by taking down an entire police squad.

For all you lot complaining about the weather, look up RCguys Weather Mod for San Andreas. It changes the weather effects and colouring in San Andreas to a much much more realistic setting, Draw Distance is better, Nights are darker, Fog is thicker, etc. Everytime I install San Andreas on my PC I always have to throw this mod on, can't stand the default Weather settings.

How can SA suck if...

1:You can go to gyms and get more stamina and muscle

2:You can eat and get fat

3:Recruit Gang Members

4:Buy houses

5:Walk into normal everyday shops

6:Buy CJ some clothes

7: A big mountain that you can jump off biggrin.gif

8: Ability to fly better aircraft

9: Forests

10: A desert

11: Deserted homes

12: Get tattoos.

and finally: Go up VERY high areas and skydive.

It sucked because this is GTA, not The Sims.

All I'm gonna say-"You have a bad taste,The Killa."

I'm just not into the gritty, ghetto vibe. Before you call me a racist, I grew up in the ghetto, so I would know.

yes you are the only one that thinks sa sucks.

Maybe so.

if you hate it then fine. just please dont

bring your hatred into a place filled

with people who dont hate it. morale

goes down, you know. oh, and people start

sending you hatemail

Nothing wrong with an innocent little rant

I thought it was more fun to screw around in SA than the other two. Lots of areas to explore, nice hidden things, and overall more fun things to do.

That combined with the crap neighborhoods, HORRENDOUS ORANGE SKY , and other etc small things made it bad.

I thought the only thing that sounded bad was the pistol gunshoits. They just sounded bad compared to the III and VC gunshots.

It sounded like shooting a BB gun. The firecracker type sound is hardly noticeable

Well, that was the atmosphere at the time for those cities.

Orange. Sky.

Did you noticed that TheKilla never replyed because of all this negative replys

Laziness and loss of memory probably. Even worse, loss of memory.

btw, has anyone noticed how the black cars are a little too black?

Rockstar is obviously racist

-sh*t atmosphere. Nowhere near as fun to screw around in SA than it is in the past two

-sh*t sound. Lots of audio glitches. Gunshots and etc sounded bad.

-sh*t characters. NONE of them were as immersive and as entertaining as they were before. The only ones that I remotely even liked were Mike Toreno and Woozie.

-sh*t radio. There were SO much better music in the 90's, and it was all sh*t music, with the exception of a few songs. Commercials weren't that funny. Hell, I can't even remember any commercials.

-The game map was too big. 3 years playing and I still haven't even memorized Los Santos yet. That's not a good thing. Though I do give R* credit for being able to pull it off with minimal loading.

-Did I mention the atmosphere sucked? I honestly got headaches driving around San Andreas

-Compared to the last two, San Andreas was the worst, and most forgettable.

sh*t atmosphere? It's so much more realistic given the way the world reacts to you than the previous 2 games. You're way off on this one.

sh*t sound? I'll give you that since the sounds bug out sometimes. But the sounds when they work sound alot better than the previous 2 games.

sh*t characters? Did you skip every damn cutscene?? SA had the deepest characters to date. They spoke paragraphs, not lines. They were deeply interconnected within the story, rather than a random mafia thug who appears outta' nowhere and then disappears w/o a trace when his missions are done.

sh*t radio? SA had the widest selection of music to date, all uncut, all with excellent/hilarious DJ commentary that fit the times. The music really made you feel like you were in the era. You must have wanted disco...

Too big? The bigger the better! The previous games were way too small. They didn't feel realistic at all. SA was the first game that felt expansive, like you were driving across the state rather than just picking up groceries. If you can't memorize the layout of Los Santos after 3 years, you need to register yourself as mentally handicapped. It's not THAT big rolleyes.gifrolleyes.gifrolleyes.gif

What more could you want? The huge map gives you near endless possibilities of things to do after you beat the game and places to explore. GTA3 was tiny as hell and got boring fast. VC was big, but what you fail to realize is VC cheated and ripped YOU off. A good 45% of the terrain in VC is one big f*cking empty beach. Nothing but sand. How can you like that better than SA's huge cities, rolling countryside, mountains, and vast deserts? You're retarded, congratulations.

Again with the atmosphere, you're not making any sense. It was perfect, so much more vibrant and realistic than the other games.

Compared to all the negative reviews I've heard about SA, yours was the worst and most forgettable.

Fool.

I had much more fun in SA than others GTA's.

Buy a better sound card.*

-sh*t characters. NONE of them were as immersive and as entertaining as they were before. The only ones that I remotely even liked were Mike Toreno and Woozie.

I don't really care about this.

-sh*t radio. There were SO much better music in the 90's, and it was all sh*t music, with the exception of a few songs. Commercials weren't that funny. Hell, I can't even remember any commercials.

You can copy sound from GTA3 or VC and convert it to MP3 and put it in "User Tracks" folder in your documents and listen to it in-game - as mentioned above.

-The game map was too big. 3 years playing and I still haven't even memorized Los Santos yet. That's not a good thing. Though I do give R* credit for being able to pull it off with minimal loading.

How bigger how better, at least for me. How bigger how more things to explore, much time to play a single game. I hate games which I finished in 20 hours.

Mentioned just above this post aswell.

-Did I mention the atmosphere sucked? I honestly got headaches driving around San Andreas

Buy a better graphic card.*

-Compared to the last two, San Andreas was the worst, and most forgettable.

I have all GTA's here, I would rather pic SA.

*If you have the game on a game console... well... not much choice then.

Some people don't like to read the thread before they post:

sh*t atmosphere? It's so much more realistic given the way the world reacts to you than the previous 2 games. You're way off on this one.

I don't understand what you mean by "the way the world reacts to you". I was talking about the game environment that I hated. Mostly the confusing city layouts and the ghetto vibe of the game. Also not to mention the eye-gouging orange skies.

sh*t sound? I'll give you that since the sounds bug out sometimes. But the sounds when they work sound alot better than the previous 2 games.

No. It was bad. Clean out your ears and play it again.

OH MY GOD the DJ's were horrendous. Whats that guys name, DJ Julio? blargh

I never smiled from the radio, not even once. And there could have been so much better choices R* could have made for the radio, given 90's music was awesome.

Vice City was so full of life. San Andreas was too big in a sense that it was deserted. There wasn't much of anything going on until you got to a downtown in one of the 3 cities.

I must get that sound bug nearly every time I play San Andreas, not once has it happened on VC or III.

The weapon sound effects where bad on SA, I think the best sound effects where on GTA III, they where more realistic.

you know what we say in democratic countries??? If you dont like ghettos then you are a racist and should be shot!!! devil.gif I dont like ghettos either, which doesnt stop me from loving every other bit of GTA SA map. That is the great thing about SA - if you dont like something you can always find something else e.g. Girlfriends - i did not like them so i did not bother to look after them. Although, if you cant memorise SA map... Probably you dont even know that there are other parts of map apart from ghettos.

The sound aspect of the game was the same as before (I think they even used the same sounds) although you still get 4 times more weapons than in GTA 3. Quantity>quality.

Stopped reading here because I was laughing too hard. I choked on my pizza.

get-a back-a to your pizza restaurante, Luigi, yes?

SA had some of the best characters in GTA series and some of my favourites too.

OH MY GOD the DJ's were horrendous. Whats that guys name, DJ Julio? blargh

WCTR is the best talking station even. Although if you like listening to Pussycat dolls or other songs... Well Hanns from SFUR was hilarious. WE ARE BURIED UNDERGROUND ALIVE - i cant stop laughing.

I never smiled from the radio, not even once. And there could have been so much better choices R* could have made for the radio, given 90's music was awesome.

I guess you did not listen to WCTR? Adverts? Are you from some sort of Saudi Arabia? You dont have radio in your GTA? You have learning disabilities? (I think i covered all of the possible excuses) Everyone apart from you find them funny. Maybe it is you who "totally suck"?

Vice City was so full of life. San Andreas was too big in a sense that it was deserted. There wasn't much of anything going on until you got to a downtown in one of the 3 cities.

In VC peds dont speak to each other, sit on the steps, steal cars etc etc. And it is obviously is not deserter than SA as the same, even improved, engine was used. Go to Leaf links... How many peds do you see there? Definately no more than on Grove street.

Realistic does not = good. But still, they could have done much better

They kept the balance between fun/stability/playability. They could have added 50000+ polygons vehicles, 2*bigger map and script features and many people already have done. Do you know how many glitches you get on 7 years old engine when implementing those features?v

SA would of been better if most of the map had not been wasted on trees and sand, and whats with all of this leveling up bullsh*t?

Just because you dont like gravy, dont take away my mashed potatoes. Desert and the woods are the best parts of SA map (and any GTA map so far) and it is where i have spent ~80% of my time since 2005. If you dont like them - stay in the cities. I hate LS - and i dont go there. Simple.

Vice City peds did speak to each other (although not as constructive as San Andreas), sit on benches and steps, and criminals did steal cars. dozingoff.gif

Plus, why are you comparing Leaf Links to Grove Street? The only peds you see on Leaf Links are Golfers. The golf club in Las Venturas didn't have a lot of people as far I know.

The peds on the golf course in Las Venturas were not even golfers, just random peds. And I'm dissapointed that SA did not have any good citizen bonuses.
