New York obviously, and possibly L.A.

Lucky because New York Knicks only won it once and that was back in 1970. So you got it but I was looking for Boston icon14.gif

Actually, they won in 73 too. That squad was phenomenal...Walt Frazier, Earl "The Pearl" Monroe, Willis Reed, Dave Debusschere, Bill Bradley, hell I'm pretty sure Phil Jackson played on those teams too. Every now and then I'll catch an old game of theirs on ESPN Classic.

The thing is, I was born about a decade too late, missed out on the glory years and I'm still in therapy because Patrick Ewing's Knicks couldn't get it done in the nineties. The Knicks, offensively, were out of this world back in the 93-94 season...but Hakeem and Clyde were too much for them. cryani.gif Had another chance in 99 but Robinson and Duncan narrowly beat them out.

Well, nobody has answered in a while, so I might as well ask.

How many World Cup (soccer) teams has Guus Hiddink coached, and what countries are they?

If you mean teams he has coached whilst they were in the World cup, then 3- Holland, South Korea and Australia.

My history on English football is very poor, so I'll just have to guess, I'm afraid.

This will sound stupid, but could it be Prince Charles? Yes, it's a stupid answer, but I live in Australia.  bored.gif

Prince Charles, football!

Perhaps a specific year or time period Waddy?

I'll take a wild guess, but is it this guy called Joe Royle? I'm not sure if he's a member or not, but he's possibly being linked to a job to Wigan Athletic, and the news said that he had played 6 caps for England in the '70's.

Just a possibilty.

You got it biggrin.gif

Who are the only two players to have both NFL and XFL Championship rings?

Tommy Maddox baby. QB for the Steelers, and won the ring riding the bench after Big Ben took over midseason due to injury. He was also the MVP of the XFL in their lone season.
