His stupid "lets pop!" thing annoyed me too. In the mission where you have to protect him on the way to the Mendez house, he'd always ride infront of my gun or ride into me, knocking me off my bike. As for VCS, Lance/Vic's mother. When she stole all your coke or money or whatever (can't remember), that angered the sh*t outta me. I would've killed that slut if I saw her again. Lance fair pissed me off as well with his whole get rich, quick schemes and getting you into random deals and trouble without your own knowledge. And that fa**ot cross-dresser Reni. Not for being a backstabber etc. (those qualities doesn't make him a bad character, as such), but for being the single most annoying thing ever invented as far as actual gameplay goes! There wasn't one mission in which he played an active part where he didn't do you more harm than good. Most useless "helper" ever. One time, during Light My Pyre, I was an inch away from saving his sorry ass when HE rammed into me with his bike, thus effectively killing himself (and MY mission). I nearly threw the psp out the window. Best character? Phil. Collins, that is. I hate his music, but he made a damn fine job as an animated version of himself! I didn't like that angry Mendez dude in the blue suit, although I didn't finish the game yet. I do know though, is that you kill him at the end of the game... I think.
