superazian Posted October 7, 2007 Share Posted October 7, 2007 the sucicidal picture taking ped just walks after he takes a picture of the city just like any other ped, it's because R* forgot to redirect the ped to go toward the road, since the ped is facing the city to take a picture it just starts walking that way.
