Can I find rhino in the Liberty City Stories without cheat or game played 100%? And which is good way to complete vigilante missions? I read somewhere about vigilante, paramedic and other like that is most play Level 15 to complete game 100%, is that true?

Yes, there is another way to get the Rhino without the cheat. Just get six stars and steal one from the army . It's hard, I know. But, that's the only other way. I usually like completing the Vigilante missions with either the police car, or an FBI Cruiser. They are way faster than any other type of vigilante car. If you want to get 100%, for Vigilante missions, you have to beat 12 levels. Then, your armor will increase by 50%. For Paramedic missions, you'll have to beat 12 levels. Then, you'll get to run for as long as you like, withouth getting tired. For Firefighter missions, you have to beat 12 levels. Then, you'll become immune to fire. You can also unlock/obtain the Rhino by completing the game to 100%, after which the vehicle in question is delivered to Fort Staunton.

Okay, I try steal rhino from the army maube I test that too, I think rhino is best for complete vigilante, if somewhere yes, I checked that link and something helped me, thank you

I almost forget, are there any helicopters or something in LCS which can fly?

yes there are copters.

The helicopters are not freely obtained at any point in the game like other GTA games though. In LCS you have to get them using varied methods during the missions Calm Before Storm and False Idols. Topics with these methods have been posted in these sections in recent times but you should be able to find them by using the search tool.

you can take the Rhino from the mission "Shogun Showdown"

 

blow it up with the car bombs while it's parked in your garage

 

the garage will repair the Rhino and you'll still get mission completion

Nope. Not in LCS (Unless you steal them from those missions saintdave pointed out. R* just didn't detail this game enough for the player to actually fly any kind of aircraft. In GTA 3, you can fly the Dodo. But, not in this game. It was made for the PSP, so they couldn't make the game too big of a file.

find it in Fort Staunton after the mission "Bringing Down the House". It is inside the building which is destructed.

Never mind. There aren't any Dodo plane in LCS but helicopter. But you must steal the helicopter in a mission which you need to follow a helicopter and kill some triads on the roof.

Or you could steal the maverick helicopter from the mission False Idols. The one where you have to kill those actors/important people.

I wish they had put easier access of choppers in LCS it would have been sooo easy for R* to just make some spawn locations for the whirlies.

if you've actually played around with the helicopters you'd know that R* would basically have to redesign the city since lots of the roofs weren't meant to be accessible. plus, the buildings get so dense it'd basically be hell to fly around.... take a look at the southern end of staunton for instance
