I say Again, I did not make this car, nor am i trying to take credit for it, It was made by SILVER007. I just improved the texture slightly.. Please link to large images. Unless the original author has a similar policy any topic containing a release link to this without such proven permission by the author will be edited and locked. Andrew Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 Since Silvers was a conversion, he doesn't have the right for you to rerelease it, you need to try and contact the orginal author if you wish to release this mod. But I'm pretty sure the textures are silvers, so maybe releasing just the textures you edited and instructions on how to insert them into the TXD, will get around this problem. You cannot sit with your hands in your lap and wait for a moderators' permission, you have to solicit permission from the original author of the vehicle before releasing a modification of his files. Of course, if the textures are wholly made by silver007 from scratch and not just modified originals, then you'd just have to find a link to that statement from him leaving his work as free-for-all. Judging by that post it seems that's not the case, though. it is a fun car to drive im sure, the problem is its not really my creation since almost everything is from other authors. The model you wouldn't be ok with though, as it's EA's. I'm fine with a new .txd meself. If you really want a mod from an old topic like this, try checking sites like gta-worldmods.de or PM the author, but DO NOT bump the year old thread.
