VCHolmes
If you have v2 of the game, patching will be pointless (You can check the version in the readme that came with the game) and perhaps harmful. Just check the version before you patch. Problem is installed GTA-SA and started playing it through various missions and normal walking around and noticed that some of the pedestrians are not always full person there missing what I believe part odf there bodys or some invisible pedestrians that only have a arm or head. A screenshot will be helpful please.

Ring_of_Fire
OK, so you have v1.01 NMHC patch installed. Now do this: 1. Direct link to the latest nVidia driver download -> http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_163.71.html 2. Once that's installed, delete [.set] file in your "My Documents" folder. 3. Launch game and set the resolution to the max your monitor supports. Make sure the color quality is 32-bit.

modeeper
I have had that problem before and I have it now. Believe me, it has nothing to do with hot coffee. Drivers maybe. I get it at all resolution settings, have 1 gig of ram a 2.66 CPU. It comes and goes.
