I was playing on GTA VCS last night and I had a few cheats on I think they were:

Peds riot, Peds attack you, peds follow you, peds have guns, blow up cars, chrome cars.

I was driving toward the Hyman memorial stadium and there was a Landstalket that had blown up but still had lights and wheels and was driveable. Any reason why this should have happened?
