Sadly there isn't a button cheat to spawn the Esperanto. If you want to get it legitimately (general discussion better suited) then according to various sites the following are listings of potential locations for the car - • Like the Idaho this is another rare car, but can usually be found fairly close to Sunshine autos. • Usually found driving around Vice Point. I've not personally played VC recently so cant confirm these but additionally Id suggest checking most of the car parks scattered throughout the city.
