I'm doing flying school right now and was just wondering 'cause i feel like going for a cruise but dont wanna go there and come all the way back if it isn't there.. Thanks in advance. Girish Posted October 2, 2007 Share Posted October 2, 2007 You need to complete the Driving School along with the mission 'Yay Ka-Boom-Boom' to unlock Wheel Arch Angels. Since you have reached till 'Learning To Fly', it means that you have completed 'Yay Ka-Boom-Boom'. You must have forgotten about the driving school. monkeyman237 Posted October 2, 2007 Share Posted October 2, 2007 (edited) It opens when you get at least bronze on the Driving School mission "City Slicking" and also finish mission: "Yay-Ka-Boom-Boom" in order to be able to purchase Wang's Cars. After purchasing Wang's Cars, finish the first mission and you will unlock Wheels Arch Angels. EDIT: beaten to it lol.
