Knowledge Novice
I've got sa V.2 for pc but i need V.1 for modding....please dont send me the link to the forum about modding a V.2 game because i've already been through all that. Well, just in cast you may want to read back through this tutorial (it may take a few times through to grasp the idea). The better informed you are, when you do ask for help you'll be better familiar with any procedures or terminology involved in the process. Click here: >Making GTA San Andreas 2.0 Fully Moddable< So can someone please tell me what and where i can get a downgrade from?thanx Since I only own SA on PS2 I'm not very informed on the technical variations, but from what I've heard around here, your best bet would be to use Google.com to search for a down-grader. Never needed one personally, but I've heard that there are patches out there that can accomplish your goal and make version 2.0 into version 1.0 (which is moddable). Edit: I went to Google.com and typed 'Sa Downgrade' and this was the first link in the list. Click here:>GTA SA Downgrader Patch< Give it a try and see if it works for you. If not just search google. You'd be amazed at all the stuff you'll find. Just look around, try to become somewhat familiar with what's involved and, if you still need help, then you should have a better understanding of what's involved and when someone gives you tips and advice on the best way to proceed. Or they may need to know what steps you're taking so as to narrow down the area that's giving you any trouble. Hope this helps. Later. P.S. There are those here who are glad to help you out. But, just try to inform yourself as best as possible before asking too many questions. Sometimes it just takes a few tries to get things in order. For example: If you ask a question, and another member gives advice on the area of the problem, you should know at least some of the technical terms as well as being familiar with the files involved in the process. Do a little research so as to be somewhat familiar. Then if you're still stuck, just ask. You're not expected to know evertything, but if you don't understand some of the basics you're not likely to get as much help. Do a little research, a little experimentation, and see what happens. Good luch. Later. Edited October 2, 2007 by Knowledge Novice
