Just out of interest, do you know what you did? I've quite often seen a person (or vehicle) half buried in the ground. Sometimes the people seem to be stuck. Sometimes they can move around even through solid ground like the road. One time it happened to CJ at Ocean Docks. And another time something a bit different happened, I got stuck in between invisible walls. Try to go on top of the roof of that doughnut shop in Los Santos. I walked on the edge of the roof and fell down in between some invisible walls and the street. Had to reload.
