Millboano
Well i got GTASA before a year or so in my computer and it worked fine in single player even after installing the SA-MP back then... and well i got the GTASA installed again and without even checking the single player i installed the SA-MP again and when i tried the GTASA single player mode- well after a while a i get some kind of mess in colors everytime i am in a car its only heppens to the cars, nothing else. Since i am not sure i am well describing it here is a picture: *That mess of color dont stay like that it twingles. *Oh yeah and sometimes while i am playing it can get worse Now i tried everything that i know could help to make this problem disapper...: - i updated my drivers - i lowered the graphics in options in the game to a low settings - i deleted SA-MP and used CCleaner few times to delete everything that still remaind in the computer from that program - i tried to reinstall the game a few times in a hope that it will disapper And nothing helped..... Now,the only thing i haven't tried is cleaning my computer but i am not sure its got any connection to my computer being dirty.... Windows XP SP2 NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 1600MHz 256MB RAM (Now before you tell me maybe my details are too low for the game itself i must tell you the game worked fine before a year or so....so its cant requirements problem..). Girish
Looks like you have tried almost everything. Still, try lowering the hardware acceleration and the run the game in Win 98 compatibility mode.

VCHolmes
Follow this procedure: Uninstall GTA San Andreas Delete the San Andreas installation folder (Default is "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas") to ensure that there are no leftover files. Install the game from the DVD. Now make a copy of this new installation, and rename it to something like 'GTA San Andreas SAMP'. Use the copy of the installation for playing Sa:MP and the original one for single player.
Girish
Thanks but hmm...how i do that?? To lower hardware acceleration: 1. Go to Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Display icon. 3. Click the Settings tab. 4. Click the Advanced button. 5. Click the Troubleshoot tab. 6. Lower the Hardware acceleration by moving the slider one or more notches to the left, then click the Apply button. Moving the slider all the way to the left will disable hardware acceleration. 7. Click the OK button. 8. Click the Color quality drop-down menu, select High Color or Medium (16 bit) by clicking it, then click the Apply button. 9. Click the OK button. The new desktop settings will be applied. 10. Click the Yes button to accept the changes. 11. Click the OK button. To set compatibility mode: 1. Right-click on gta_sa.exe 2. Click Properties. 3. VCHolmes
VCHolmes - i am not sure you understood me mate or i am not sure i understood your salutionto my problem....how exactly its gonna affect? Modding the game may lead to bad textures. Hence I asked you to reinstall in such a manner. Follow that procedure, and tell us if it worked. Its worth a try. crazyanurag
It could just be the graphics card drivers you're using. If possible, downgrade the drivers to the version you had the first time you installed GTASA, i.e., when it was working fine, as you claim. See if that helps. deathfire
Windows XP SP2 l NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 l Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 1600MHz l 256MB RAM l ======================== doesint seem like a gta gaming computer to me.I have a dell with a NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 and 724MB RAM and it runs fine.Even with mods installed.Try cleaning out or restoring your computer with all of your important files saved to a disk. Then reinstall san andreas and when its done installing goto the san andreas folder and copy the whole SA folder and paste it in the same rockstar games directory. It should take the same time as when it was installing. So change the destonation file on samp to the copy of san andreas folder or whatever,
