Are you talking about the reputation system? Its not that, this has been around for a long time. So far people seemed to be getting sig hosting on GTAF, extended PM storage, unique member legends for gangs, karma, etc. This time they are probably going to log awards in profiles. Article on gtawiki What puzzles me that there were no awards given out for 2006. Or maybe gtawiki wasn't updated. EDIT : Looks like something's going to happen this month.
