Problem with playing animations

I've got a little problem,i can't run anims from ped.ifp. I'm opening the file with 3ds max 7.0,like in tutorial about anims,and when i try run some anim,it's ain't moving,only slider is moving,but player isn't.

You can to choose all the bones

It's because you need to select the player bone's dummys first, then hide the player mesh and apply the animation... If you followed the tutorial correctly, then you've already did that..

i once played the animation,but i can't more times...

Now,there isn't that red line showing animation,only slider.

I've tried restarting 3ds max,but it don't worked.I have 3ds Max 7.0
