The pictures below were taken with my Logitech Quickcam webcam. As we all now, people are claiming "Red wheel" FCR-900's and "Black wheel" FCR-900's are "Rare". They're not. I took an FCR-900 to the Pay 'N' Spray in Los Santos. I acquired the FCR-900 via the Ninja Theme cheat. Easiest way to get it. . I started off with the following: Body color: Black Tire color: White I went to Pay N' Spray. I got the following; Body color: Silver Tire color: Red I went back in a 3rd time and got the following; Body color: Black Tire color: Black Thus, I have come to the conclusion that tire-color change FCR-900's are not rare.
