I used the Map Editor to view the interior, I also used spacestien's all in one mod to get in the ammunation in game. No. The beta version is NOT obtainable. Rockstar never releases betas of any of their games. You can, however, get mods that put in some of the beta things, like vehicles or peds. Also, I'm the one who made those beta videos, and I also have an explanation on how you can't get it (all three video responses to the San Andreas beta video have explanations on that).
