My favourite is the second to last mission on GTA San Andreas when you go and destroy that drug lab or something like that. What are yours? That's why it's called Off-Topic. Topics like this are usually posted in the GTA IV or VCS forums. Mine in San Andreas was Breaking The Bank At Caligula's.
