Horror movie

Hello, can you help me identify this film?

 

It's a horror movie in I think mid-90's.

I remember this scene where a couple of creepy old men with a smiling face slowly floating thru the streets at night in full silence. And if you make any noise, they come after you and take your heart out.

 

Old men that look almost exactly like the guy from Poltergeist II in the picture below.

Any ideas?

The bad guys are called "The Gentlemen".

Is it the chapter when they make the people mute? because they die if they heard people screeming?

 

Because i recognize thouse guys.

Yeah, if there is an sound, their heads explode.

 

At the end, somehow Buffy manages to scream. And boom, all their heads go pop with a nice green gooey explosion.

 

I can't remember exactly, but I think she breaks their spell by playing a radio or something.
