Heya, I had a strange problem yesterday. The audio system in vc became crazy. Yesterday, when I entered vc, and entered options, the audio hardware gon away, I mean there was no sound, no sfx sounds, and of course no radio. Sometimes I listen to the sounds of vc in the GTA VC user files, record them on an audio cassette, like the storyline is. But there is one problem, I renamed several of them, maybe because of that the audio system gone away. What do u all think, please answer.

I think you should uninstall/reinstall the game.

I did, & thanx God, it helped. Now I see that reinstalling is good. I was just afraid for the saved games, but they are all ok. But it was strange.
