GTA Scripting

Hey everyone,

 

i have alittle scripting knowledge, but i really want to make my own script for san andreas. I would like to make a single player script in which i take on the roll of a police officer. What programs can i use to edit the script, and how do i learn the scripting language. Is there a tutorial or anything??????

Sanny Builder and Barton's Mission Builder (I use Sanny)
