It seems the user tried to delete his/her account, however found this to be impossible. Therefore the user scrambled his/her personal data and referred to this page, requesting the site to create an account deletion option, preferably by completely deleting all personal data from the database. More and more people are concerned about online privacy. Therefore we encourage online services to create an account deletion option, hopefully transparent and easily executed by the user. By anonimising personal data, retained data is rendered inadequate for (commercial) use. As more people use such measures, the urge for deletion options becomes stronger. Besides, your site may be labelled white instead of black in the listings of AccountKiller. This provides more trust to users even considering the creation of an account at your site. A close second is vigilante-- If the hunter is not available to you for vigilante, then I would try and Jack a tank (Rhino)-- a way I had sucess with is at the mansion-- stay on the mansion grounds and start killing everyone-- you will get a wanted level, but unless you go near the gate where you enter, only regular cops will spawn on the grounds (no swat, FBI, soldiers)--- get your wanted level up to 6 stars by this method and wait til you have 1 or 2 tanks out in front of the mansion--- when you see at least one tank, grab the "Pill" directly in front of the mansion near the wall-- this will slow down everybody else, jump the wall-- and run up to the door of a tank-- the soldier will get out--- KILL HIM-- realize it takes a fair amount of damage to kill him-- I'd use an M-4 and shoot him several times-- I believe a colt python & shot gun takes 2 shots to kill him (its been a while for me)-- anyway, make sure he is dead--- then jack the tank---start driving away right away so you don't get busted. Park the tank in any of the 4 sunshine autos garages or the Big garage at the hymen condo downtown (it won't fit in any other garages so don't even try), and save-- reload to get rid of your stars and then get in the tank to start vigilante-- should be able to make plenty of money in a short period of time... it does take some practice to jack the tank-- the biggest hazard is not shooting the soldier enough when he gets out of the tank... Since you only need about $3000, you can make that pretty fast in any number of ways-- just collect money from 1 or 2 properties if you have completed there missions/tasks..
