you're not drunk, its boomshine, although tommy is driving, must say though i did enjoy that mission , was a diff insight to the game.

He was high, though, as well as Phil but he was drunk also I guess since the cops give Tommy a one-star wanted level because of drunk driving (as said in the brief).

I just finished that mission where he blew his right arm I think it was, off. and that was more than unexpected
