Doctor Who TJ
Just wanted to know how to install cars, to gta3. I have tried Image Tool v2.0, but it says theirs not enough memory to replace! Thanx to anyone who can help! P.S: Sorry for the double topic post. gtamodder
Instead of replacing, delete the file off, then go to commands- add. So if you were installing a lamborghini to replace banshee, you would delete banshee.dff off, then add the new banshee.dff. Do the same with the .txd. It was the Saleen S7, it looked matte and no textures! also the Nissan Calsonic Skyline, it replaces the borgnine, and when i played the game, it only displayed the driver door and hood!! You have to edit carcols.dat to get the new colours. First remove the car colour line, then copy and paste the new from the readme that came with the car mod. creative madman
dude, pretty sure all of this information is available elsewhere on these forums, there is no doubt in my mind youd find a tutorial on it somewhere as for the lack of textures, ensure that you have correctly replaced the TXD aswell as the DFF as the TXD contains the textures. and please in future dont bump topics after a couple of days...it just tends to annoy people
